Expired Objection: Found Another Agent

In this lesson, we’re going to talk to another objection that you’re going to hear when working with expired listings and that is we’ve already found another agent. So here’s what you should do first qualifying. I understand. And let me ask, have you already signed a listing agreement with that new agent? If the answer is yes, then thank them for their time and hang up the phone. If the answer is no.
