Within 2 years at an independent brokerage in Santa Clarita, he was the youngest and top producing agent in a company of 1300 agents.

Sean has sold more than $250 million in residential real estate and is ranked as one of the top agents in the Greater Southern California area by sales volume. Rob Daniel has been in the Real Estate Business for over 26 years. Rob Sold 53 houses his first year in the business and Sold over 120 houses and listed over 200 houses for 4 years straight, while only working 4.5 days a week.

After selling for 8 years Rob became the recruiter/trainer for the Hampton Roads VA region for the largest independent Real Estate Company in US (Long and Foster). Rob was asked to grow the region to 500 agents in 5 years (started 238 agents) and in 6 years delivered 900 agents and a 4 million dollar profit per year.

Rob became a manager for Long and Foster and grew an office with only a few agents to 125 in one year and made a profit of $750,000 for the company, he then took over another office with 100 agents and double it in just a year. After 12 years with Long and Foster, Rob discovered Keller Williams.

He became Team Leader of a Market Center in 2010 with 30 agents, hired 100 agents his first year (2010) became a black Belt (highest recruiting honor for KW), hired another 100 agents in 2011 and then took 50 agents and started another Market Center. In 2012 became a Bold coach, moved to Celebration FL (life by design) and worked for years helping agents in KW before coming onboard with ICON Coaching in 2023.
