Within 2 years at an independent brokerage in Santa Clarita, he was the youngest and top producing agent in a company of 1300 agents.

Cindy Jenkins’ passion for helping others began when she embarked on a career in the financial services industry, right out of high school. Cindy utilized her grit and determination to work her way up through the ranks, with roles as a teller, head teller, operations manager, sales associate, financial center manager, mortgage lender, and financial advisor.

After having the opportunity to stay at home with her children through their formative years, Cindy decided to follow her heart and return to school to become an educator, where she taught general and special education for grades K-6, along with virtual high-school classes.

After having flipped houses to make ends meet as a single parent and educator, Cindy decided she wanted to combine her years of experience in financial services with her passion for education to guide people through the purchase and/or sell of one of their largest investments.

In her first year in real estate, Cindy sold 26 houses and produced almost 6 million in volume while teaching full-time and caring for her girls 100% of the time. Cindy very quickly became a top-producing real estate agent and saw the need to start a team during her second year in real estate. Within 9 months of starting her team, Cindy relocated and continued to lead her top-producing real estate team virtually from 2,000 miles away.
