I have always had a dream of building a team, but I haven’t known how to do that, and I’ve been very afraid of when I see other teams lose their team members. Once they gain the knowledge of how to sell real estate, they go off and do their own thing and build their own team or whatever, and I think that’s a huge waste of time. And so this has taught me the structure, how to structure a team and how to re the, the, the secret ingredient to retaining those team members. Once I’ve got them trained and once they’re really producing and doing well, so they won’t want to leave. They’ll want to stay and help continue to build my retirement.”
