“It has impacted my production by keeping me aware of where I was wasting time and where I was spending time wisely, and it has given me the ability to time block into schedule better. So, I am more productive throughout the day. It’s impacted my personal life because I’ve been able to take some of these messages I’ve learned to my kids and my husband. I think all of us are innately born with a chip on our shoulder, and taking that to my son, who’s in middle school, and not that good. He just kind of rough. He’s been able to get past the negative messages and we’ve talked about gratitude and being grateful and we’ve used those phrases throughout the day.”

“My favorite takeaway is the icon maxims. A lot of those I had already had latched on to some of them already you know, progress, not perfection. It’s one of those where you just need to take the steps and then perfection will come. But if you try to be perfect, it will never happen. So that’s one of my favorites.

“It was actually a delight and an honor to be in the class and to be able to interact with other agents from other brokerages and hear some of the challenges and here’s some of the fun things that are happening and to be able to build that accountability group and to be able to work with everybody. It was a great time.”
