Mark Spain, Chairman and CEO of Mark Spain Real Estate, is an Atlanta native and a University of Georgia graduate from the Terry College of Business. “Every year, we always try to improve for our clients, whether it’s our service, our internal processes or our marketing,” Mark says, “We now have a new sale option for home sellers called the Guaranteed Offer, which I’m pretty excited about. If a seller’s home meets certain requirements, this program will extend an offer. So it’s basically selling the home without ever having it on the market, going through showings, open houses and an unknown waiting period before an offer is received. For some sellers, it’s a perfect fit.”

Mark Spain didn’t start with a team, he built one from the ground up. In 2011, after 15 years of practicing real estate, Mark Spain joined Keller Williams and formed the Mark Spain Team. Over the next 5 years, the Mark Spain Team helped over 3,500 families close on their homes. In 2016, Mark Spain announced independence from Keller Williams and formed Mark Spain Real Estate. 2016 saw the sale of 1,842 homes, the busiest year yet.

Mark Spain Real Estate opened 9 new offices, 3 of those branching out to serve the Charlotte, Raleigh and Nashville areas in the following two years. In 2019, Mark Spain Real Estate helped 4,200 families close on their home. Mark Spain Real Estate was named #1 in closed transactions in the US for the third year in a row by the Wall Street Journal and served over 5,600 families in 2020. Finally, his growth and desire to serve will only continue to increase as 2021 promises to be his biggest year yet.
