“Hi, my name is Ken Ruffo, with Ruffo Realty. I’ve just finished a second session of SOAR. My greatest takeaway today has been time-blocking. I’ve been in the business for 13 years and if I had done this at the beginning, instead of getting distracted, you have a really helped me. It has helped me out. So I’m at a point in my career to be able to do where I need to be able to put everything in paper and move forward.

Well, one of the most important things is I’ve been a solo agent now for the last 10 years and account. And so I’ve really been accountable to, you know, whoever is asking for money. So now I have somebody that I can actually go to and more than one, one person to be able to go to now, to be able to say, Hey, let’s work on this work on dialogues together and scripts. And we can sit down and say, okay, these are the things that you’re doing. In fact, today, my accountability partner from here, we’ve already established a time to meet, to speak every morning at eight 30 and then again, in the evening to develops our plan. And then, then we do the action throughout the day. And then at the evening, we’re going to text each other and let us know what we’ve accomplished.
