“What I would say about the soar program is that it really does cause you to have a different overall perspective of your business, whether you’re new or, you know, been an agent for several years, it really does cause you to just take a peel back the onion, kind of look at your business.

It really causes you to analyze how you’re doing things. For me, for example, I think that it caused me to restructure, like I’ve been an agent for a long time, but it really made me look at how I was doing things and to be more productive with the time and actually to leverage people and leverage, you know, different relationships and be even more productive and have that translate into more income.

Accountability is huge because even when I was tired in with the soar program, accountability is really huge because even when I was tired and there were task to do, and I really did not feel like doing them or I just was exhausted. I found myself waking up because I knew I was going to talk to my accountability partner and I didn’t want to let them down because I know everybody was pushing through their hard places and it really, really gave you that, you know, second mirror, like you gotta get it done. And you know, even if you’re not gonna finish it for yourself, you just didn’t want to let someone else down too.

Because I took soar. I feel like my results are going to be the level of business and the way and my quality of life as a result of the program. I completely revamped my whole business plan for the next year. And I’m really, really excited about implementing a lot of the strategies. It just takes it. So in depth and looking at your business like a business and not just running and being busy all the time. So I love that. And I feel like that is going to result into me having way better quality of life and more financial stability.

I would like to say that if you’re thinking about this program and you’re questioning it, if you think it may not be something you want to do, you should try it anyway. A lot of times you second, guess yourself on activities you get involved with. But I think this program really causes you to just have a whole system and you can put those systems in place to make your business soar.”
