Buyer Objection: Just Email Me The Listings

In this lesson, we're going to talk through another very common objection that you're going to hear, and you're going to hear this after you've attempted to close that prospect for an in-office appointment.

What they’re going to say is, well, can’t you just email me the listings. Do I have to come to your office? Now here’s what I’d encourage you to say:

Well, of course I can email you the listings. In fact, I’ll do it right now yet. Can I share with you what really terrifies me about doing just that let’s see. I can email you all the listings in the world and you may take the time to drive by them and you may hate what I’m sending you and the challenges. I don’t know. See this process was all about training Sean on exactly what it is that you’re looking for.

See, I, I get to see over 200 homes per month, and I know the market better than anyone. In fact, once I get that picture in my mind of exactly what you’re looking for, I should be able to take you right to it. And you do want to save time in your home purchase. Don’t you? So tell me when’s the best time for us to get together. Is it weekdays or weekends?
