Our Aim:
Coaching is a future-oriented, solution-focused process that helps the coachee to clarify what he wants and what precise steps he needs to take to get what he wants.  In the normal course too, very often even if we know what we want we find ourselves unable to sustain our motivation. Coaching helps to keep focus on what you want, what you are doing to be where you want to be and ultimately helps you to be where you want to be. We as  your coach simply become your facilitator, your cheerleader and your accountability partner in your journey.
During each session, we will identify an area you would like to focus on. Once we’ve established that, the coach will facilitate you through the following process by asking appropriate questions and allowing you sufficient space to answer them. You have full control of the process and you can rely that you shall be challenged to uncover and explore additional possibilities.

  • How will you know you are on track
5 Q’s:
We help you to answer 5 deep seated question’s:
  1. What happens if I achieve?
  2. What happens if I don’t?
  3. What won’t happen if I achieve?
  4. What won’t happen if I don’t?
  5. How will I know I have achieved?
This technique of socratic questioning helps the coachee to understand his real needs and interest and also set goals for himself.
Realization of finer aspects of life and resolution of issues can immanate best from the person himself, as the answers evolve from within… This is the principle that coaches at ICON believe in. We just facilitate them to bring to the fore what they deeply want by following powerful questioning and other coaching technique.
