  • Coaching and Workplace Wellness (ICACP24) 
Coaching is a strategic approach to workplace wellness. This course will present the coach with insight and practice in using coaching to further workplace wellness. You will learn a proven system of transformation for lasting lifestyle change.
  • Coaching Motivation and Commitment (ICACP25) 
Motivation is one of the most researched yet one of the most complex topics to assess. Coaching provides an opportunity for clients to move beyond motivation to commitment. This course will explore the differences, strategies and tools between motivation and commitment and how to complement the two.
  • Coaching Rapport Building: (ICACP26)
The foundation for all conversations is a feeling of comfort, honesty and trust. This course will explore how to build rapport in a relationship, who creates and how is it developed in a coaching relationship between the coach and the client. 
  • Coaching Decision Making Skills (ICACP27) 
Good decision-making skills will enable you to win the confidence of others and ease through difficult situations. Coaching creates awareness of one’s decision-making process and allows for further development.

Everyone has various preferences for both communicating with others and interpreting the communications from others.  This course helps participants to match their communication style and their coaching approach to that of their client. It allows them to gain skills and deeper awareness to help improve their skills at aiding clients to reach their coaching outcomes.

This course explores the collaborative potential in groups and prepares the coach to work with groups that are stuck by building awareness of their potential for the groups so they can make the changes necessary to move forward.
  • Coaching Collaborative Relationships for Conflict Transformation (ICACP31) 
Conflict resolution coaching enhances your skills in managing conflict. This course prepares coaches to work with disputing individuals, teams or groups by creating awareness and aiding in developing a roadmap for establishing collaborative relationships.


  • Leadership versus Management in Coaching (ICACP32) 
Is there a difference between leadership and management? This course will allow the coach to help leaders coach for the role they assume by exploring the differences and expectations of both leadership and management values and outcomes.
  • Self Esteem and Assertiveness Coaching: (ICACP33)

When we look at the truly extraordinary people who inspire and make a difference you will see that they do this by connecting with people at a personal and emotional level. What differentiated them was not their IQ but their EQ – their emotional intelligence. This course is designed to help the coach develop their emotional intelligence.This course will explore into all of the different competencies associated with emotional intelligence in this four quadrant model.
  • Coaching Change Management (ICACP36)
Change is something that excites people who love opportunities for growth, to see and learn about new things, or who like to shift the status quo. Some changes, however, are harder to adjust to and lead to expressions of resistance and anger. This course will allow coach to take concrete steps to make change more palatable by understanding people’s hesitation, enlisting the help of others, setting up plans, and managing stressors.

Most graduates of coaching know how to be a great coach but are not adequately equipped or prepared to start and build their business. This course examines the coach’s business plan. It also helps the coach to explore their coaching business and how it relates to their personal values, how they want to serve their clients and the promise of coaching they would like to offer. Students work with each other to support their new business ideas.

This course help you understand the impact your communication skills have on other people.   • Introduction to NLP: (ICACP40)
Your brain, thoughts, and behavior are at the core of everything that you do every day, even if you aren’t aware of it. In order to truly achieve the results that you want to achieve, you must master the art of bringing your unconscious thoughts to the surface, so that you can have real choice over how you interact with and respond to the world. Neuro linguistic programming can give you the tools to do just that. This course will help you learn the basics of neuro linguistic programming. You will have the tools to manage your thoughts, and thereby manage yourself.
